We receive returned merchandise within 30 days the product was originally shipped to you. Additionally, you must state reason for return. We will replace broken merchandise and incorrect product shipped out. We will cover the cost of shipping out the replacement merchandise. If we are unable to replace incorrect or damaged merchandise we will refund the customer for the charges of product and shipping costs.
